Share Life with COVID-19

We have the belief that Christians should be at the forefront of caring for their communities in practical and tangible ways. We want you to help initiate and coordinate this but it shouldn’t be completely dependent on you – how great would it be to enable others in our community to join us in caring for others as well. This is a great way to love our neighbours well. As we love well in deed and show the love of Jesus in a practical way, we also want to be available for those real life conversations. 

SHARE: We want to share our lives with one another. Share about the things that are important to us and ways in which we cope during these difficult times. These are things that build real community.

EXPERIENCE: It's also a great time to offer to pray for people as they share different needs. God loves to work in people's lives and prayer can make a huge difference!

CONNECT: Jesus commanded us to love our neighbour as ourselves. Through this, people will see and experience God's love. Our job is not to change people's hearts - that's God's job. Our job is to love well and be available if people want to chat about the spiritual side of life. It's powerful for people to know that their is a real God and that He wants to be their friend.

RELEASE: Our goal is to start a movement where people love one another in a sacrificial way and start to live out that love towards others. We can't force God's love, we can only model it. As we are faithful in loveing others well, God will change lives.

FORM A GROUP: Some of our friends may want to learn more about God. You can explore faith with them individually or in a small group online. If people are starting to ask questions, it would be good to explore together what Christianity is about. There are many great resources like the Christianity Explained app that can help you on this journey.
