We live in unprecedented times. The Coronavirus pandemic has changed the world we live in. From social distancing to panic buying and the canceling of events, it's no wonder that many of us can feel quite anxious, frustrated, vulnerable and lonely. We want to help provide some free resources that will help you but will also help you be a blessing to others.

$50 off a Relational Check-Up

We realise that families have experienced a lot of change over the past few months. Add in some extra stress and it's no wonder things can get a bit tougher at home. During the Coronavirus pandemic, we want to help provide some practical resources to help you have a healthy and happy relationship where you are working together and not against one another. We have you take an online assessment and then you'll meet 4 times over video conferencing with one of our trained coaches who will help you develop your strengths and give you a few tools for your toolbox to help you move forward.

My Lock Down Diary

Christchurch artist Stephen McCarthy has created a 28-page printable for kids to write and draw how they're doing and how they're feeling throughout the lockdown. There are several different activities that will serve as a memento for children and adults alike to remember this pandemic and the effect it has had on all of us.
